  • Attended session and Online Session: is there any difference?

    There is no difference in terms of quality, the only differences is that in Attendend session you can interact with our Sound Engineer. 

  • How long does it take to get my song processed?

    The delivery will be guarantee within 5 working days from the day we receive your files for what concern Mastering service and 3 more days if you request also Mixing service. 

    For the Attended option, the song will be delivered at the end of the session. 

  • If I need to get my song mixed and / or mastered, what can I do?

    Just contact us using the form you will find by clicking here indicating your telephone number so that our booking office can contact you as soon as possible to agree with you the timing and any extra costs for the urgency required.

  • If there are technical problems during an Attended session, is possible to reschedule the session?

    Yes of course!

  • Once the Attended session has ended, if I want to request changes, will be extra costs?

    Yes, you have to book a new session.

  • Are the Online and Attended services billable?

    Sure, just provide your billing data when you're placing the order.

  • How can I pay Online and Attended services?

    Via PayPal, credit cards or bank transfer.

  • What are the optimal levels of a mix to get better mastering?

    There is no standardized level however, we recommend sticking to a level ranging from -18 LUFS to -14 LUFS.
